The reunification of the Githyanki and the Githzerai was one of the last major events Iosefka remembers before his time-slip, as it was unrelated to anything involving his fragmenting memories of temporal research. There was an incident in a material certain world, the same world as [[Myth Drannorland]], in fact, involving a mutant series of Mindflayer parasites and the quest of an infected group of adventurers who were about to turn a conspiracy in a nearby city on its head. Vlaakith, lich god-queen of the Githyanki, had deigned to intervene, with a special interest in a certain artifact involved in the affair. The party had an audience with her, during which she was very rude and demanding, and the leader of the adventurers called her "an asshole." This had not yet occurred to Vlaakith, as she had been so busy, but when she took but a moment to recollect with the vast powers of her mind she saw that she had indeed been presumptuous with other people's boundaries and apologized for her transgressions, blessing the party on their quest before she headed off to the monasteries of [[Limbo]] to discuss peace.
