The region of the Outlands where the Spire and its antimagic zone once stood is now a caved-in labyrinth spilled out from the prison-realms used by the Lady of Pain before the Apocalypse. Iosefka emerged from his time skip into the southwest corner of this region near Myth Drannorland shortly before the campaign.
