Asmodeus
During the Apocalypse, Asmodeus, the lord of Old Hell since time immemorial, had somehow contrived a means by which he swallowed some major portion of the Abyss as if from within, then emerged and broke the Spine of the Wheel and ushered in the end of time. He then bit Sigil, and in that position became frozen in time, outside the ends of the universe, his insides somehow "outside" of everything and alluded to in Episode 7 as having been fashioned into a "road." The giant frozen snake-form is now popularly known as "Homer" in association with the bitten "Donut" frozen with it in the sky of the Outlands. He was killed or otherwise done some manner of symbolic violence by the Lady of Pain during Eepiy's recounting of memories she "drank" from Gehenna when she returned long after the fact.
