Also called Sister Basilisk, she is a borzoi-faced arcanaloth of Gehenna and a nun of the Way of The True Apocalypse. Yayik is her lover, and they have some kind of fate-baiting scheme going on where Yayik is being built up as a "hero" of some import with the help of Eepiy's Charisma buffs. She wears robes with red and white flame motifs appropriate of a Light Domain Cleric, but some of her magic is wizard-compatible.

She briefly performed magical research with Iosefka before the Apocalypse, as both were attempting to milk lore on time magic from The Ambiance before the latter's mishaps flung the two of them into the current eon. She described herself prior to the Apocalypse as a "spirit of War," depicted in Episode 7 with black robes woven with battle-chants and access to incredibly powerful weapons with which she tempted villains throughout the planes. She was known to already be highly adept at planar magic before seeking The Ambiance, and had a set of signature spells for overlapping Elemental Planes with local regions for large-scale low-power AoE DoT attacks. Her current form seems much weaker, more human in both power and personality, and her philosophy seems to be putting most of her malice on infinite hold for infinite (evil?) payoff, but there's definitely some amount of toxicity going on, and also some amount of enjoying phrasing absolutely anything as if she's corrupting you going on.

She demonstrated some kind of volatile emotional breakdown when she first saw a patchwork doll that was left over from the pieces of the Eight of Clubs in Episode 10, and is now fiercely protective of it.

Other hobbies include crafting cool art nouveau tech, including a jagged-bowed crwth with percussive elements, a microscope with sets of laser lenses which mix light from other planes, and the Sköll's Grief Tarot.

Level-9 (Cleric-8/Wizard-1) STR-6 DEX-12 CON-12 INT-14 WIS-18 CHA-14
Immunities: Fire, Acid, Poison, Disease, Sleep
Resistances: Cold, Necrotic, Psychic, Abjuration, Enchantment, Illusion
Furry: Darkvision 120ft, Scent, Hearing, Claws
Fiend: Susceptible to holy and unholy powers which selectively affect Evil(tm) Outsiders
Skills: Arcana, History, Insight, Intimidation, Performance, Religion
Feats: Musician, Elemental Adept (Fire), Spell Sniper
Tempter's Craftsmanship: Formerly a spirit of war and weaponry, Eepiy demonstrates preternatural skill, speed, and resourcefulness in producing and decorating magical and nonmagical technology, bypassing sane character balance.
Phase Shift: As a bonus action, Fiends and Celestials can adjust their metaphysical posture, allowing their Good(tm) or Evil(tm) to dominate their physical coherence. Yugoloths in this form are weak against Radiant and Psychic damage and lose their protection from mind-influencing magic, but will have resistance to Bludgeoning, Slashing, Piercing, and Thunder and immunity to Acid, Cold, Fire, Necrotic, Poison, Disease, and take normal damage from Lightning and Force. Eepiy remains resistant to Abjuration magic in this phase.
Gear: Presumably better than average for level 9

In addition to Yayik and her fans, Eepiy has as retainers two Monks she hired out of the Circus of Ashes who are motivated to act against the Trust in Hell (Shadow and Elemental, party level -2), and two Warlocks from her order who she mentors and who do not fear death (Celestial and Fiend, party level -2).

When Eepiy enters the battlefield, mill 3, then you may return target aura, creature, or equipment card from the graveyard to your hand.
Whenever an aura or equipment you control becomes attached to another creature, if you controlled the creature, Eepiy gains menace until end of turn, and if you did not, Eepiy gains lifelink until end of turn. When this ability resolves, Eepiy then deals 1 damage to target player or planeswalker.
