In the gap of air and darkness in the eastern side of the Outlands, the distance stretches long, and the train engine expends significant resources enforcing the concept of "motion" on the emptiness. When you sleep here, you do not dream. Long rests provide only the effects of a short rest, but they still prevent (but not reduce) exhaustion from lack of sleep and refresh your pool of short rest recovery hit dice.
