From Threesong
An Outlands railroad run by the modrons of Mechanus, extending all the way into Arborea and the Abyss, it was MoTrak that allowed Threesong to grow into a bustling crossroads rest area, and one of the safest regions in the southern Outlands. The nature of this mode of transportation is designed to impart stability to the plane by maintaining regular currents of consciousness along direct point-to-point paths. Over thousands of years, the Outlands warps in a manner similar to many more dreamlike planes, but in a much slower and tamer way than, say, Faerie, and a network of regular traffic is sufficient to prevent important locations from drifting millions of miles apart as the ages turn.
